For nearly two decades we have taken on some of the country's largest organisations and won. We have recovered over £32 million for claimants, and won four of the five highest discrimination awards ever made in the UK.
Our work has secured the second-highest UK whistleblower award — for our client Howard Shaw — and includes a recent £8.5 million settlement. In nearly twenty years, we have lost only one case.

You will work with senior lawyers who have spent their careers fighting discrimination — and winning.
With 19+ years fighting discrimination, Lawrence founded Equal Justice Solicitors and was admitted as a solicitor in 1994. He studied law at the University of Leicester, where he founded the institution's first law clinic.
He previously worked at a top City law firm and at Lambeth Law Centre, where he defeated the United States of America in court — a case covered by BBC Newsnight. He is the only UK lawyer to have won two of the Top 10 UK advocacy awards, and has lost only one case in nearly two decades.
Hazal works alongside Lawrence on the firm's employment and discrimination cases, supporting clients with care and clarity throughout their claim.
